What It Means To Be "Uniquely Pi Phi"

This summer two lucky Kansas Beta Executive Council Members were giving an amazing opportunity. Juniors Abby Hill and Kara Evans were invited to Pi Phi Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri in order to find out what it means to be "Uniquely Pi Phi".

The girls both had a blast learning all the in's and out's of Headquarters. They were given a tour of the property. During this tour, the girls got to visit all of Headquarters many offices and were informed on how busy and devoted Headquarters is in running our beloved Pi Beta Phi Chapters across the country. They were also able to visit the archives room and were shown the founder's pins that were in the showcase!

Overall, the girls most benefited from meeting other Pi Phi members from around the country. They were involved in open discussions where they learned about new ideas to benefit our Kansas Beta Chapter. The highlight of the trip was them getting the chance to attend a unique conference. Abby and Kara are both grateful for not only the experience but being able to represent Kansas Beta. "We now understand better what it means to be 'Uniquely Pi Phi'" -Kara Evans.
